Joey had monsters in his closet, so bedtime was never easy. He heard strange noises in his room at night and often thought they were monsters. Joey is convinced he can face his fear when a furry monster named Barley pops out of his dresser drawer. Once Barley explains that all monsters aren’t scary, he takes Joey on an adventure to Monster Street where children go when they cannot sleep at night. All children will be able to relate to Joey’s nighttime challenge and will enjoy taking an adventure with him as he encounters handy ways to use his spray, meet new friends, and learn valuable lessons along the way.
April Michelle Davis proofread this children’s book, reviewing not only the text for errors but also the placement of the text on each page in comparison to the images. She worked with the self-publisher to finalize Bye Bye Monster before it was sent to the printer.
